1) Who should I contact if I have technical difficulties?
In case of any technical difficulty accessing published applications on AppsAnywhere platform, contact your instructor or coordinator. If they cannot resolve your issue, they will triage the issue to technical support.
2) What login account should I use to access applications on the AppsAnywhere platform?
“SRC” (Student Resource Centre) credentials are needed. If you lost these credentials, please email helpdesk.phm@utoronto.ca
3) What are the Kroll application login credentials?
The Kroll login credentials will be provided by your course instructors.
4) What happens if I save my processed prescription to the University of Toronto server?
You will need to "R - Reprint" your prescription and save to your computer.
5) What if Kroll freezes?
Follow the steps to terminate the current session and "Launch" new Kroll session from AppsAnywhere. Open Kroll session manager from your task bar as shown below
6) What should I try if I encounter this error while using a Mac?
Rename your computer so that it does not contain any non-alphanumeric characters.
7) What happens if AppsAnywhere does not validate while I am using macOS Ventura?
“Launch” Kroll and it should load.
8) What happens if I get this screen resolution error?
Change your screen resolution to 1024 x 768 OR change the size of text, apps, and other items to 100%.
